What is the turn around?
Usually 1 week, potentially longer for restorations or in extremely busy periods. We will always keep you up to date whilst working on your items, and give an expected completion day. We do offer an express service if required.

Can you clean and restore any material including suede?
Mostly yes we can. Our specialist techniques ensure the utmost care and attention is always taken, on even the most delicate materials.
Please note: Yellowing to plastics and rubber is due to oxidisation and will not be restored with a clean, so will require additional work.

Can any shoes be restored?
Mostly yes. Of course some shoes are beyond repair.

Can you collect/deliver?
Yes, we collect in most areas of Kent at a small additional cost.
We also offer a courier service nationwide at a small additional cost.
